ORIGINS AND ETYMOLOGY
Astro-English: from Astronese, the adjective extensive is used here in its primary sense to denote “vastness” which when adjoined to the suffix -ism denotes “a formalised belief” and in the context of the Astroeschatology, refers to the “belief that due to the extensive size of The Cosmos, there must, by way of probability, exist at least sentient if not also sapient extraterrestrial life.”
